What kind of product is Slim Metrix?
A dietary supplement in capsules, sold for weight management. It is not a weight-loss drug, and no published trial has tested the formula.
What does Slim Metrix claim to do?

Capsules only. Each one has a hypromellose shell, a plant-based material, and brand graphics show the capsules as purple. Swallow it whole with water.
How many capsules come in one bottle of Slim Metrix?
Thirty. At one capsule a day, a bottle lasts 30 days, so a 2-bottle pack covers about two months.
Is Slim Metrix a GLP-1 medicine?
No. It is a supplement with no prescription drug in it. GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide are prescription products approved by FDA (NIDDK, Weight medicines).
Is Slim Metrix gluten free and vegetarian?

How much green tea is in Slim Metrix?
No amount is printed. As second of eight in a 276 mg blend, it can weigh at most 138 mg per capsule, with up to about 69 mg EGCG. The real amount is probably lower.
Is there caffeine in Slim Metrix?
Caffeine is not listed as an ingredient. Green tea naturally contains some, but the label prints no amount (NCCIH, Green tea).
Why does the Slim Metrix label say chromium is 41.67% DV?
That matches 50 divided by 120, an outdated figure. Today's Daily Value is 35 mcg, so 50 mcg is about 143% (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Should I take more than one Slim Metrix capsule a day?
No. The label says adults take one capsule daily, preferably in the morning. If you miss a day, take the next capsule as usual and do not double up.
What are the inactive ingredients in Slim Metrix?
Hypromellose for the capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. The label shows 0 calories.

Has Slim Metrix been tested in a clinical trial?
Not that we could find. The research covers single ingredients, mostly at far higher doses than one capsule holds. Berberine trials, for example, used 300 to 1,500 mg a day (Liu et al., Front Pharmacol 2025).
How soon will I notice anything from Slim Metrix?
The sales page says "noticeable shifts" in 7 to 14 days and "visible changes" at 60 to 90 days. No study backs those timelines.
How much weight could I lose on Slim Metrix?
No honest figure exists, because the formula has never been tested. CDC says people who lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week through eating, activity and sleep habits are more likely to keep it off (CDC, Losing weight).
Can Slim Metrix bring down high blood sugar?

That is a sales claim. Evidence that chromium reduces cravings is preliminary and rests on one study (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Do I still need to diet and exercise while taking Slim Metrix?
Yes. CDC advises 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus strength work on 2 days (CDC, Adult activity). Habits do the heavy lifting.

What side effects does Slim Metrix cause?

Is Slim Metrix safe with metformin or insulin?

Can I use Slim Metrix with Ozempic, Wegovy or Zepbound?

Should I use Slim Metrix during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
